As you know, California Health and Safety Code 1796.44 requires you to complete 5 hours of training in Caregiving. One of the benefits of working for us is we provide the online training for you AND will pay you the 5 hours of training at your base pay once you have completed ALL 5 HOURS.
You can complete your training on your own (i.e. using your mobile device or computer at home) or you can arrange to come in to the Corporate office and complete it using one of our computers.

Here's the breakdown for up to $500 rewards points*
$25 worth of rewards once they are hired.
$5 for the first 8 hour shift they complete.

Applicant Requirements
Home Care Aide License (HCA or PER ID) issued by the State of CA- Dept of Social Services (Click here for information on applying). Note: this is different that IHSS provider number, CNA license, HHA license. It is specific to the Home Care industry and licensed by a different government agency.
TB test- must be within 90 days if new HCA license or within 2 years of getting the TB. This is due annually.
CPR certification- valid and current
Fully Vaccinated against Covid 19, preferred
Optional/Preferred
Valid driver's license
Registered Car (own car)
Valid insurance (in own name for car and driver)
