FAQ

Our normal business hours are from 8 to 5pm Monday through Friday. If it is not an emergency, please call 310-313-0600 during these hours. 

If it is an emergency, please feel free to call the number and our after hours staff will assist you. 

If you need to change your shift, you are required to let the office know by calling in at 310-313-0600.   Reminder, Office hours are 8am to 5pm. If it is NOT an emergency, please call during these hours.

Texts or emails may not be received in a timely manner and we have telephone support 24/7. Please make sure you call in if you need a shift change. 

Provide the following information when calling: 

• Your Name

• Client's Name

• What your issue is

RAH West LA uses iSolved to process payroll. You would have received an email to login from the office. If you haven't received this email, please contact the office and we will resend the welcome email. 

Then you can view your paystub using either iSolved's website on your desktop or by downloading the mobile application. See the Tutorial Video on how to use the mobile application or the Job Aids tab for how to view it on the computer.

Need to get your updated TB test?

Please see your personal healthcare provider OR  

You can go to Wellness Mart:

If you have any new information- you've moved, changed your phone number, need to update emergency contact information or changed your email address- please fill out the appropriate form in the Forms page of this intranet.
