Employee Document Management and Applicant Tracking System. This system allows us new hires to complete their paperwork online and allows us to have employees complete or update required documents online without having to come into the office. A win-win! The job aid explains for both new hires and employees how to use Career Plug. It is recommended that employees access the system on a desktop/laptop computer versus their cell phone, however, it forms and documents can still be completed using the cell phone. There isn't a mobile app for this program.
WellSky Personal Care App allows you to clock in and out, view your scheduled shifts, submit hours wanted and update your availability/request time off using the "Unavailability" option. See Job Aids below.
